Job Title: Roofing Sales Representative / Estimator
Company: Pierce Roofing and Siding (family-owned, serving Southern Nevada & Southern Utah – including Las Vegas, Henderson, St. George, Cedar City, and surrounding areas)
Location: Las Vegas, NV (based out of our new Las Vegas location)
Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Commission-based – average reps earn $10,000–$25,000/month

- 3–6 company-provided marketing leads per day
- No door knocking or cold calling required
- Dedicated project managers handle jobs – you focus on selling & estimating only
- $500/month truck stipend
About the Role:
Meet with warm leads, inspect roofs/siding, provide estimates, and close high-value sales. Roofing experience not required – full training provided. Proven previous sales experience required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on provided leads and schedule consultations
- Conduct on-site assessments and present proposals
- Build rapport and close deals professionally
- Use CRM to track activity
Requirements:
- Track record in sales (outside/in-home preferred)
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, clean record
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable with ladder/roof inspections (safety training given)
