DO YOU TAKE HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE?
Yes we accept jobs that are covered by home owners insurance. For ex: heavy wind/hail, etc.
HOW SOON WILL I HEAR BACK ONCE I'VE SUBMITTED A REQUEST OR QUESTION?
We will usually reach out within 24 hours of each inquiry,
and should also be on sight within 24 hours as well to
check out the job or damage.
DO YOU OFFER WARRANTY OPTIONS?
Every job has a 2 year, no leak guarantee. (If there are no leaks within the first 2 years, there should be no leaks for the lifespan of your roof.)
WHICH FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Our preferred forms of payments are: cash, bank transfer, or check. We do accept card payments, however, an additional fee will be added on for processing. Payment plan options are also currently not available.
CAN ANYONE APPLY FOR THE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE SERVICE?
Anyone can apply for the annual maintenance service.
