ANNUAL MAINTENANCE

3 Main Reasons YOU Need Annual Roof Maintenance:
#1 Roof Maintenance extends the life of your roof
Consistent upkeep and maintenance on your roof will allow the materials used on your roof to last the full length of their manufacturer's promised warranty. Leaves and debris piling up in certain areas, broken roof tiles, etc. cause water to pool and enter into places where it shouldn't, damaging your roof quicker than expected.
#2 Roof Maintenance keeps your house safe
Your home's roof not only protects the contents of your home, but it also acts as a layer of defense for the elements of the structure itself. If your roof is well-maintained you're also maintaining the supporting beams, the rafters, the walls and the foundation, which keeps your home safer and extends its life.
#3 Regular Roof Maintenance save you money
In a study done by Erie Insurance, over 60% of roof leaks are caused by lack of roof maintenance. A typical roof repair ranges between $300 and $1,500. Reducing your roof leaks by over 60% will save you a LOT of money in the long run.

These will last around 50-75 years depending on the type of paneling you choose.
